Feast your eyes on these.
Many of you know, I love photography, and I have my own little "hobby business" I do to fill that need. You can find it at AMY COON PHOTOGRAPHY.
Well, the other day at my LSS my scrappy friend Jen asked me to take her kiddo's pics for her for the holidays and with time of the essence and busy schedules we had one shot at it and it happened to be a freezing, snowy, morning last weekend. Not what you would typically want for a photo shoot. But, you know what I LOVE how they turned out! We just went with the conditions we were given and along with some very cool cooperative kids, a little artsiness, and look what we got:
I used a cool winter retro vintage preset I came up with in lightroom on these and I love it! They just make me think of the holiday movie Christmas Story era when I look at them. So, moral of this story, in photography sometimes you just have to go with the conditions you are given and a little creativity to enhance it and then just make the most of it. Embrace those imperfections.
Oh and 2 amazing kids that just trust you and go with it really helps too. Thanks guys!
Hugs,
Amy
